Role overview:
As Nursa continues to drive business growth, the company is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to build our business from the ground up. As a Strategic Operations Manager, you will be responsible for launching and scaling Nursa in new markets, being directly responsible for securing both supply (i.e., clinicians) and demand (i.e., facilities). You will be required to establish product and market fit, develop a critical mass of sufficient supply and demand to generate momentum in the market and establish pricing strategies and operational processes to ensure long-term success.
Must be located in Atlanta, GA, Raleigh, NC or Charlotte, NC to be considered.
Responsibilities:

• You love thinking and operating like an entrepreneur. You consider yourself a builder and are capable of building a business from the ground up.

• You will take complete ownership of Nursa's growth in your region and will persevere through any challenge to complete the task.
• You take initiative in identifying process/product improvements and are willing to go beyond your scope of work to collaborate cross functionally to bring innovative solutions to Nurse's internal and external customers.
• You are an operator through and through. You are decisive, resilient, and have an innate ability to develop processes and playbooks to scale your impact. You enjoy implementing and executing processes where you use your learnings to optimize for efficiency.
• You love setting strategy and developing data-driven insights. In this role you will be expected to develop an investment thesis for entering new markets, establishing strategies for entry and pricing levels, and from there execute on your vision.
• You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on with problem-solving.
• You are willing to engage our customers in the field and travel up 25% to support facility engagement and clinician acquisition efforts.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, start-up, operations, or related experience
• Data-driven mindset: You love analyzing data and using it to achieve business impact; you have experience with Microsoft Excel (or google sheets), and Tableau and/or SQL experience is a plus
• People-focused: You are a natural extrovert, and would feel at home in a role where you're presenting to a group of prospective clinicians in the morning, and working hands-on with facilities in the afternoon to get them signed up and onboarded to the Nursa platform.
• Relationship-driven: You're comfortable managing relationships, building trust, and have strong sales and account management instincts
• Self-motivated and self-starter who works well independently and possesses strong organization and time management skills
• Proven ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution
• High-growth operations, tech, or startup experience is a plus, but not required
