Role overview: 

The Strategy Analyst will be a part of the Nursa’s Strategy department, reporting to the Manager of Strategic Initiatives. This newly created role will assist in accelerating key strategic initiatives at a very exciting time in Nursa’s strategy development. The impact of these strategic initiatives enable Nursa’s continued growth in competitive markets and our ability to provide more opportunities to more clinicians. The Strategy Analyst will support pilot projects testing new sources of revenue, research and analysis of potential partnerships, and other projects as needed to support business development.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and validate new opportunities including strategic partnerships and revenue sources

• Gather the best available data and analyze it to help shape Nursa’s strategic plans

• Draft assessment results, organize supporting documentation, and present recommendations to executive leadership

• Create documents to ensure effective communication, organize learnings, and drive execution 

• Collaborate with multiple departments to support and measure the impact of business initiatives

Qualifications: 

• Self-motivated and strong team player

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to turn ambiguity into defined processes and actionable next steps

• Intermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets (required) and Tableau (preferred) to compile and report out on data findings

• Undergraduate degree in any healthcare, technology, or business related field 

• 2 years of experience in an analytical role in a strategy team or business operations 

• Previous healthcare experience is preferred, but not required
