Job Overview: RPM Facility Services is looking for a proactive Area Field Operations Coordinator to oversee and enhance operational activities across our Columbia, SC and Augusta, GA regions. This role is key to managing day-to-day field operations, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and supporting field operations and sales activities. We are searching for an organized, dynamic individual with a solid background in operational management and a dedication to excellence in service management.

Responsibilities: Operational Coordination: Manage the daily operations across Columbia, SC and Augusta, GA, ensuring all field activities meet company standards and customer expectations. -

Team Management: Supervise and support field service teams to maximize productivity and efficiency. -

Quality Control: Continuously assess the quality of work and implement improvements and corrective actions to uphold high service standards. -

Logistics Management: Efficiently allocate resources and manage logistics to ensure optimal utilization of equipment and personnel. -

Reporting and Documentation: Keep accurate operational records, including budgets and performance reports, and update senior management regularly. -

Client and Field Support: Serve as the primary contact for clients in the field, ensuring exceptional service delivery and addressing service issues. Provide support for field operations and assist with field sales activities. -

Compliance and Safety: Maintain adherence to legal and safety standards to ensure a secure working environment for all staff. -

Innovation and Improvement: Seek opportunities to refine operational processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- Strong background in operations management, preferably within a field service setting.

- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing teams in multiple locations.

- Outstanding organizational and decision-making skills. - Ability to travel regularly to locations within the Columbia, SC and Augusta, GA areas.
