Customer Success Manager
Job Description: As a Customer Success Manager, your main task is to interface with customers about their jobs (online, by phone and at the counter) and ensure they have a positive experience at Dataflow. Your other main objective is to assist the production staff when there are no customers that need your attention. Typically these tasks range from copying and scanning to office administration and organizing.
