Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and goals. Additionally, entering customer orders, developing presentations, performing product research and generating customer invoices.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers, helping them maximize the value they receive from our solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and drive customer success. Including but not limited to following up with manufacturers on open POs, developing identification sheets for publishing products to websites,
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide proactive recommendations.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to effectively advise customers on best practices.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the marketing industry. Role in account management or sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Working knowledge of accounting and inventory principles.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and success. Must be highly organized with a keen attention to detail, while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast paced environment.
