Westport Linen Services is Hiring a Customer Account Representative Near Hattiesburg, MS

The function of the position is to develop, maintain and provide best practices in linen distribution knowledge as an outsourced service provider. This includes knowledge of ControlTex and best practices regarding the use of the software, linen education, reporting, and continuous improvement of the linen department.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Develop, maintain and provide best practices in linen distribution.

· Provide ControlTex knowledge and practices that ensures that exchange cart program operates efficiently.

· Track linen usage by department within the facility.

· Participate in Linen Education, Conservation and Utilization practices.

· Mandatory Linen Committee meeting attendance.

· Provide current and new information related to linen utilization and conservation services.

· Monthly reporting on various metrics and KPI standards.

· Monitoring and reporting soil to clean weekly to ownership and customer service.

· Provide FGH linen department staff schedule two weeks in advance.

· Development of training materials, checklist and compliance evaluation materials.

· Recommendations for improvement of current policies, processes or materials.

· Verify customer and order information for correctness.

Qualifications and Skills

· Data base user interface and query software.

· Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Active listening.

· Critical thinking.

· Organization skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
