On Time Experts, part of the Fix-It Group, delivers excellent plumbing, heating, and air conditioning repairs and upgrades for homeowners throughout the DFW area. We treat each customer with the utmost care, respect, and professionalism from the time he/she calls to the completion of the repair, installation, or maintenance needs.

The Opportunity

Our organization is only as strong as our people. We're hiring a standout Junior Recruiter to find and engage with the best talent in the market. Join us in building a world-class team by delivering an industry-leading candidate experience and talent acquisition process. This position will focus primarily on our Field and Customer Experience teams which are the lifeblood of our business. We're building a talent acquisition function from the ground up and are looking for the right teammate to help propel us to the next level. Compensation & Benefits

  • $50,000 Annual Salary $12,000 Bonus Package
  • Health (with a fully company-paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401(k) Company Match
  • 10 days of paid time off -(5 Sick days and 5 vacation days)
  • 6 Paid Holidays 1 Floating Holiday in your birthday month

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and drive candidate flow through the application and interview process
  • Post and manage roles using our Applicant Tracking System, Breezy
  • Review resumes, engage with candidates, and conduct phone screens to identify the best available talent for our team
  • Contribute to a growing Talent Acquisition function by driving towards best practices and striving for continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications (NOT required)

  • Agency recruiting, inside sales, or other similar experience
  • Bachelor's Degree

Requirements

  • A growth mindset, a willingness to learn, and a desire to improve
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test in accordance with state and federal law
  • Ability to reliably commute to our office

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Location: 2914 National Ct. Garland, TX 75041
