The Opportunity

This position will focus primarily on our Field and Customer Experience teams which are the lifeblood of our business. We're building a talent acquisition function from the ground up and are looking for the right teammate to help propel us to the next level. Compensation & Benefits

• $50,000 Annual Salary $12,000 Bonus Package

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and drive candidate flow through the application and interview process
• Post and manage roles using our Applicant Tracking System, Breezy
• Review resumes, engage with candidates, and conduct phone screens to identify the best available talent for our team
• Contribute to a growing Talent Acquisition function by driving towards best practices and striving for continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications (NOT required)

• Agency recruiting, inside sales, or other similar experience
• Bachelor's Degree

• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test in accordance with state and federal law
• Ability to reliably commute to our office
