The Opportunity

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction but sometimes that takes extra attention! The Client Advocate serves an essential function on our team – making sure that our customers receive the follow-up care and service that we strive for. This role is responsible for working with clients who have questions or concerns that are escalated by our front-line Customer Service team.

• $21/hour performance bonus

Responsibilities

• Communicate frequently with clients to make sure they feel heard and understood
• Partner with department managers to ensure a satisfactory resolution to questions/concerns regarding performance, pricing, and billing
• Manage enrollment and billing for our membership program

Preferred Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Requirements

• Prior customer service or contact center experience
• Computer/application skills
• Willing to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
