As a Human Resources Generalist at Mosaic Management, you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resource department and assisting with various Human Resource functions. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of Human Resource duties, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Managing the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Assisting with new employee onboarding and orientation, including processing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training programs.
• Administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and termination of benefits.
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Assisting with performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing guidance to managers and employees.
• Handling employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and providing coaching and guidance to employees and managers.
• Assisting with Human Resource projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Human Resources role.
• Knowledge of Human Resource laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
