Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service and Beverage Manager to join our team. As a Service and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the daily operations of our beverage program and service standards. You will assist in ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of beverage quality. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of beverage and wine program
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Ensure employees are following standards andproceedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management team to ensure flawless service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Conduct interviews and assist with hiring new team members
- Schedule shifts and manage employee work schedules
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fine-dining service or management position
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in shift management and scheduling
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Knowledge of wines and cocktails
- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on qualifications and fit for the role
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including cash handling procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
