Arbitration

The primary focus of this position will be to efficiently process PSI’s and
Arbitrations with a focus on customer satisfaction. Areas of
responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
 Communicate with customers in a timely manner
 Be the independent voice of the auction, buyer and seller to
resolve arb’s and psi’s
 Work with check in and lot staff to ensure arb returns are
accurately inventoried
 Work with the mechanic shop to process psi’s and arb’s
 Effectively communicate with customers the mechanic and tech
findings
 Work with sales reps to help resolve customer complaints
 Notify and assist the Controller and General Manager when
problems require further dialog
 Assist in processing arb’s after the determination has been
reached so the customer is serviced according to auction, psi/arb
terms
 Any other duties assigned by the Controller or General Manager
