Misericordia Heart of Mercy is a home to over 600 residents with mild to profound developmental disabilities. Misericordia offers a community of care that maximizes potential for persons with mild to profound developmental disabilities, many of whom are also physically challenged. We are looking to hire a DSP to work within our Developmental Training Programs.
As a DT DSP you will:

• Assist with running lesson plans, goals and objectives
• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Help create a nurturing, educational environment for our residents

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma and/or GED
• The DT DSP must have at least 1 year of experience working with individuals who have developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• The DT DSP must successfully complete 4 weeks of paid training upon hire.
• The DT DSP must have the ability to be self-directed and possess strong organizational skills.
• The position is Monday through Friday only. 8am-5pm.

Pay: $19.50-20.50/hr
