Sail is looking for a Leasing Specialist to lease up a brand new property in North St. Paul!This role will be responsible for the day-to-day leasing operations of a brand new apartment complex that is currently under construction in North St. Paul. This position will be officed in a temporary retail spot within North St. Paul until the building is finished.The ideal candidate for this position will have had prior leasing experience with a strong sales background. You bring a positive, upbeat and energetic personality that thrives on connecting with others and learning their story. Through intentional listening and question asking, you have an innate ability to guide people into the right home and close the deal. You radiate creative problem-solving with a drive to bring your personal best each day.Working Hours:
Currently, the hours for this position are part-time, with increasing hours to full-time as we near the opening of the building. This position requires Friday evenings (during the North St. Paul Car Show) and some weekends and weekday evenings.ResponsibilitiesRespond to phone and email leads promptly and professionally. Available to respond to inquires on Saturdays is required.Develop strong familiarity with the property, amenities and surrounding community.Network within the North St. Paul community, developing a strong rapport and connection with businesses, residents, and future residents.Pre-qualify all prospects, set appointments, and follow up on all leads.Lead Hard Hat tours during the construction phase.Comply with Fair Housing lawsRequirements:
At least 2 years of sales or leasing experience required.Licensed Real Estate agent preferred but not required.Familiar with the North St. Paul community.Able to work evenings and weekends, especially during high leasing periods.Familiarity with Yardi preferred.PIfb918d9194be-26289-34179590
