We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. Responsibilities:Competitive salary starting at $28.26 ; with a swing shift premium. Multiple shifts. Wage dependent upon skill.
We are currently offering a Retention/Referral Bonus and Monthly Incentive Bonus:

MONTHLY INCENTIVE BONUS: earn up to $500
As our new Maintenance Technician for Real Alloy, Chicago Heights facility, you will install, repair, construct, test, adjust, and service equipment. Our maintenance technicians maintain production equipment, plant equipment, electrical systems, mechanics, hydraulics, buildings and other equipment. All maintenance technicians need to be driven by our SAFE culture.

Qualifications:Maintenance Technician r equirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Heavy fabrication and welding experience desired
- Knowledge of mechanic work required
