Job Summary
Seeking a friendly Cashier to join our team on the Food Truck! Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, upselling, conducting product sampling, expediting orders, and restocking products. Your attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our store's success.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service:

• Greet and assist customers with orders and inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.
• Handle complaints promptly and professionally.
• Upselling:

• Recommend additional items, combos, or promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
• Effectively communicate benefits of upsell items.
• Sampling:

• Prepare and offer samples to showcase our high-quality pretzel products.
• Engage customers and encourage purchases.
• Expediting Orders:

• Process payments and expedite orders efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to minimize wait times.
• Re-stock Product:

• Monitor and restock inventory as needed.
• Assist with receiving and storing shipments.

Requirements

• Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for accurate transactions.
• Strong organizational skills.
