Description
Our team members are critical to promote Kessler’s Customer Commitment by providing Unmatched Customer Service; Unmatched Quality & Freshness; and Unmatched Presentation & Cleanliness. Our team members must be willing to provide speedy, friendly, helpful, and thankful service to our customers.
Every team member must be able to fulfill the responsibilities below.
Requirements
· Cook to Order – Meals are prepared as ordered if required by position.
· Fast & Friendly Service – Engaging our customers with friendly service.
· Line Cooking – Line cooks in back are preparing product as needed.
· Order Filling – Special orders are being filled.
· Set Case – Hot Case is full and fresh by 11 am is required by position.
· Follow POG’s & Merch Plans – Read and understand all Plan-o-grams (POGs) and Merchandising Plans for the week.
· Outgoing – Friendly, talkative, and engaging with the customer.
· Product Knowledge – Knowledgeable about all of the products in the hot case and can comfortably make recommendations for customers.
· Recipe Knowledge – Able to prepare meals per production guidelines and recipes.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Must be 18 .
· Must be able to work between the hours of 6:00 am to 1:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm with weekends and holidays.
