Every team member must be able to fulfill the responsibilities below.

• Cleaning & Organization – Hot case and grill areas are kept clean and clutter free.
• Cook to Order – Meals are prepared as ordered if required by position.
• Fast & Friendly Service – Engaging our customers with friendly service.
• Line Cooking – Line cooks in back are preparing product as needed.
• Order Filling – Special orders are being filled.
• Set Case – Hot Case is full and fresh by 11 am is required by position.
• Follow POG’s & Merch Plans – Read and understand all Plan-o-grams (POGs) and Merchandising Plans for the week.
• Outgoing – Friendly, talkative, and engaging with the customer.
• Product Knowledge – Knowledgeable about all of the products in the hot case and can comfortably make recommendations for customers.
• Recipe Knowledge – Able to prepare meals per production guidelines and recipes.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 .
• 1 to 2 years Deli/Restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be able to work between the hours of 5:00 am to 1:00 pm or 11:00 am to 7:00 pm with weekends and holidays.
