Job Overview:
Supporting the CEO's office, contributing to corporate communications, contract management, business analysis, and fostering efficient communication with various teams to advance organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
International Corporate Affairs:
Assist the CEO in preparing corporate communications, including PowerPoint presentations and reports.
Act as a liaison between Drake and RP Group to optimize communication and operations with board members and managerial staff.
CEO Contract File Management:
Implement and maintain an efficient contract database under CEO approval.
Organize and consolidate records, agreements, licenses, and permits
CEO Assistance:
Manage the CEO's calendar and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings and assist with related documentation and communication.
Business Analyst:
Support business strategy development
Create and analyze business initiatives.
Conduct data research and analysis.
Other Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient communication with other teams.
Review and allocate the CEO's budget management.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
Communicate with attorneys when required for assistance regarding visas, permits, licenses, board resolutions, and other legal documents to ensure compliance.
Translate English/Spanish for better communication and understanding.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Microsoft Office
Proven experience in corporate affairs, contract management, and executive assistance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Knowledge of corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in process improvement initiatives is a plus.
Basic knowledge of accounting
