Our client is looking to add a Project Management Assistant to their team. This position is Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm or 4pm.

Duties:

• Assist with Estimating and Proposal Preparation
• Assist with Job Setup and Job File Preparation
• Assist with ordering material and equipment for jobs
• Coordinate project schedules
• Communicate with Clients and Subcontractors
• Assist with preparation of Change Orders
• Billing and Invoicing Projects
• Prepare Job Closeout documentation

Requirements:

• Excellent Computer/Software skills required (Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc)
• Experience in the Plumbing/Electrical/HVAC (i.e. other construction trades) is preferred, but not required.
• Must be self motivated, highly organized, show attention to detail and accuracy, use common sense approach to problem solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
