Our client amultinational Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a DesksideSupport Technician who will be providing desktopsolutions support to resolve end user technical issues in a timelyfashion in order to maintain customer satisfaction.

Installtroubleshoot & maintain a wide variety of equipment& applications. Work as part of a crossfunctional ITInfrastructure team.

Customers are onsite & remote endusers.

Accountabilities :

• Provideresponsive support for end users with deskside & walk upsupport issues for PCs network printers video conference equipment& other local IT hardware & softwarepackages.
• Useremote management to assist end users who are workingoffsite.
• Imagingof new PCs & clients for back office &manufacturing systemuse.
• Set up& support of cellular devices for endusers.
• Inventorycontrol of patch cables video cables peripherals & other ITitems.
• Assistin ordering & receiving equipment asrequired.
• Complywith internal & external regulations &procedures.
• Followall safety & environmental requirements in the performanceofduties.
• Otheraccountabilities asassigned

Education : AA / AS / AAS degree in Computer Science Information Technology orequivalent.

Experience : Minimum 24 years of ITexperience preferably in a customer facingrole.

RequiredTechnical / Process / FunctionalExperience :

1. pxe boot windows imaging.

2. Desktop support experience hardware and softwarepersonal andremote

3. Networking components servers VMs Lab machines.(Dell)

4. WiFi / setupconnections

6. Patching in IDF and Data Centerconnections

7. Apple support (preferably viaAirWatch)

THIS IS APURELY ONSITE position. W ork hours 9am 5 pm Mondaythrough Friday. Some OT may be required from time totime.
