Specific responsibilities include: Lease and pre-lease units Tours of property in all weather Assist current residents with leases, maintenance or questions Ensure model apartments are ready for the show daily Help maintain a neat office/clubhouse- vacuum, clean windows etc. Assist with retention, resident parties, and renewals Emails, phone calls and keeping detailed track of informationThe Details: Our Leasing Consultants should have: High School diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of leasing or sales experience preferred Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Suite Valid Drivers License Customer Service Experience preferred.
