The Job: Our Leasing Consultants tour the community with prospective residents and support the overall property operations. Specific responsibilities include:
- Lease and pre-lease units
- Tours of property in all weather
- Assist current residents with leases, maintenance or questions
- Ensure model apartments are ready for the show daily
- Help maintain a neat office/clubhouse- vacuum, clean windows etc.
- Assist with retention, resident parties, and renewals
- Emails, phone calls and keeping detailed track of information
The Details: Our Leasing Consultants should have:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of leasing or sales experience preferred
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Suite
- Valid Drivers License
- Customer Service Experience preferred.
Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday
