The Job: Our Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining the general appearance of our community. Specific responsibilities include:

• Clean vacant apartments after move-outs
• Ensure model apartments are neat and dust-free
• Maintain a tidy office/clubhouse and common areas
• Inspect buildings and grounds for maintenance issues and cleanliness

The Details: Our Housekeepers should have:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum six months of previous experience in either the apartment or hotel industry
• Previous customer service experience
• Self motivated
• Requires minimal supervision
• Attention to detail
• Team player
• Prior multi-family community cleaning a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to work schedule listed
• Proactive
• Must be able to be on feet for long hours of the day
• Is comfortable with stairs and elevators
• Can take direction
• Dedicated to making 5 Points the best and cleanest it can be

• Exposure to noise, vibrations, atmospheric conditions, as well as working in confined or restricted spaces.
• Potential exposure to communicable diseases through frequent contact with public.
• Possible exposure to short-tempered or aggressive people.
• Potential exposure to chemicals, electrical shock, heights, mechanical parts or machines, and fire.
• Standing, walking and/or sitting for extended periods of time.
