As the face of the organization, you serve a critical role by providing exceptional service to all credit union and community members, volunteers, employees, and service providers.

As a Member Service Associate, the ideal candidate also has:

• A combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma
• 6 months experience in a retail sales / cash handling environment
• Strong multitasker and collaborator who prefers to work in a team environment.
• An unparalleled drive to do the right thing and provide great service!

Compensation: Hourly starting range: $22.00 to $27.00 based on experience.
Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
