Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Manager to join our team. As a Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the selling of new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service to our customers and employees, and achieving sales targets. Knowledge of New and Used Car inventory is a must. If you like fast paced sales and being a part of a thriving dealership, we would love to talk to you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our vehicle inventory
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car buying process along with the salesperson.
-Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
- Utilize sales management tools to track leads, prospects, and sales pipeline
Qualifications:
- Strong retail math skills for pricing negotiations and financing calculations
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- Strength in New and Used Cars to properly price to sell
