SUMMARY

Oversee and supervise the daily functions of the Accounting AP staff and assist in month-end and year-end close

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Month/year end close

Account reconciliations – Unvouchered, AP etc.

Manage Account Payable Clerks

Enter Consignment invoices

Journal Entries to Allocate expenses among multiple stores

Print all checks

Process ACH’s & Wires

Code & calculate sales and use tax on expense vendor invoices

Answer vendor inquiries on payments and invoice discrepancies

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Three (2-3) Accounting – AP Clerks

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 4 years accounting experience

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Four year degree in Accounting or related field

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

This position requires excellent analytical and problem solving skills

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Excel, V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Word, Integrated Accounting Package Oracle R12

OTHER SKILLS

Also requires great interpersonal skills and this position is front facing to our vendors

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
