McClure Oil Corp. an Indiana family owned and operated business, headquartered in Marion, IN with offices in Indianapolis, is seeking a Food Service Director. We directly operate 36 convenience stores, and within these stores, operate 9 Noble Romans franchises, 2 Charlie Biggs, 1 Subway franchise. We offer customary convenience store “fare” within 36 locations. Successful candidates will have advanced computer skills, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, solid financial acumen including full P&L management experience, and leadership experience. Must have at least 5 years of Food Service experience within the Convenience Store, Grocery or Quick Serve Restaurant channel. This role provides geographic flexibility but must be located in Indiana and be willing to travel to our locations.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee all aspects of food service operations, including menu planning, food production, and inventory management

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and conduct Serv-Safe training.

· Must be able to create and conduct management presentations, company training and seminars as needed. Responsible for training and development for District Managers, Store Managers and Food Service Managers in the food service programs, processes and operations of their locations.

· Collaborate and maintain vendor relationships to negotiate costs and pricing.
