Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a CNC Programmer / Machinist at Weiss Watch Company in Nashville, TN. As a CNC Programmer / Machinist, you will be responsible for programming and operating 5-axis CNC machines to create precision components for luxury watches. You will work closely with the design and production team to ensure high-quality and efficient machining processes.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a CNC Programmer / Machinist

Proficiency in programming and operating 5-axis CNC machines

Experience with Esprit is a plus

Experience with mill turn and Swiss sliding headstock machines is a plus.

Strong knowledge of machining tools, techniques, and materials

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Attention to detail and manual dexterity

Understanding of quality control processes

Excellent problem-solving skills

Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
