- Assist Estimating in Purchase Order Updates, problem-solving, hotline management, and various other Estimating requirements.
- Detail-Oriented: complete each task with accuracy and precision, paying close attention to each cost factor through extensive product and construction knowledge.
- Communication: clearly convey decisions made and the impact each decision will have on fellow team members and trade partners.
- Problem-Solving: determine root-cause and provide solutions to eliminate the issue from reoccurring.

- Education: Associate degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience: 2 years of Job Cost and Construction experience.
- Programs: proficient in various computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
