We are looking for a skilled Butcher to join our team. An ideal candidate is experienced and knowledgeable about various cuts of meat and how to prepare them. Experience and precision with proper weights, consistent yields, portioning, and product utilization are essential.

Culinary Expertise:

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a butcher or similar role. Proficient knife skills are a must, and experience using the following equipment: grinders, cleavers, meat and bandsaws, and other methods to clean, trim, and prepare high-quality meats and seafood.

A formal culinary degree or relevant certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred, but a combination of experience and education will be considered.
