As our Porter, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our culinary operations. Your commitment to upholding strict food safety and hygiene standards is paramount. An ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of kitchen dynamics, shows attention to detail, and has a strong work ethic.

Previous Experience:

A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Porter or dishwasher in a fast-paced, fine-dining kitchen environment. Previous experience in food preparation is a plus, as you may be asked to assist with kitchen operations throughout the shift.
