We need a strong analyst and story teller -someone who can sit down with client executives and lead them to solutions that improve their healthcare IT products and services.As a Senior Insights Director, you will be a customer advocate, adept at resonating with audiences, and supporting findings and recommendations with data.
What you will do:

• Find the story. You regularly contact healthcare providers and obtain their feedback on the performance of healthcare technology. While doing this you build meaningful relationships with these providers and give back industry insights. We call this research, and it takes about 20-25% of the job.
• Understand the story. You analyze the research findings on a subject and expose the key messages from within the data so that action can be taken by clients to improve. This is about 65-70% of the job.
• Tell the story. Finally, you will present these findings to client executive teams, guiding discussions that lead to and underscore improvement opportunities. This is about 10-15% of the job.

• Consistent experience in presenting data to and influencing top-level decision makers
• Extensive presentation and consulting experience
• Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel
• Bachelors degree in a field that requires research & analysis, Masters degree a plus
