As the first person many of our employees, visitors, and clients interact with, our receptionist is key in starting off a great experience. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate professionalism and exceptional customer service. This approach towards our employees and visitors is crucial to ensuring that our office is welcoming and that KLAS Research is represented well.
With that in mind, we rely heavily on our receptionists to help us in creative ways to reinforce a culture where employees enjoy working in the office, feel safe, and feel known.
This is a part-time, in office, position (11:00 – 5:00 M-Th; occasional Friday shifts for coverage, events, etc).
