At Persona, we're building the first universal and comprehensive identity infrastructure to help businesses of all sizes better serve and protect their end users' identities. In this role, you'll be joining our growing Brand Studio, serving creative needs across the company and pushing forward our unique and beloved brand. From our website and events spaces, to printed matter, campaigns to social posts - you'll work at every stage of a project from initial concepts through to production, collaborating with both within the team and across the company. With a rebrand having just kicked off, this is a great opportunity to help update the visual design system and have real impact on the future of the brand. What you'll do at Persona

• Work cross-functionally to design and deliver activations for our marketing, sales, and support teams
• Support delivery of final creative from concept through production
• Work to elevate the design standard within the brand team and assist in helping raise the bar how brand is applied within product design
• Play an active role in building a team culture of craft, feedback and collaboration
• Give and solicit feedback from designers and cross-disciplinary partners
• Develop a deep understanding of Persona's brand and help to expand and evolve it over time

What you'll bring to Persona

• A portfolio that demonstrates passion, a desire for craft, and an understanding of the audience and their motivations
• Prior experience in an agency or in-house environment
• Passionate about creating and shepherding cohesive visual design systems
• Curious about pushing things beyond the status quo, always looking for ways to elevate design regardless of scale
• Systems thinker-able to extrapolate and extend shared patterns and behaviors
• Collaborative in nature, both within the department and beyond.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluent in industry standard tools and creating production-ready files (We work with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Notion). Motion design skills are a plus!

$80,000 - $110,000 a year
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $80,000 and $110,000. Base salaries are just one component of the total compensation package and are determined by a number of factors such as years of experience, expertise, qualifications and more. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity packages that play a big part in recognizing you for the huge impact you will have on helping us achieve our mission. Please note, the salary range is a guideline that is subject to change without notice.
