The opportunity

As the Team Lead Training and Support Facilitator, reporting to the Director of Team Lead Operations, you will work within the Center for Online Learning and Teaching (COLT) to provide support for teaching effectiveness and student learning through their work with Faculty Team Leads. Faculty Team Leads serve as peer reviewers who mentor and evaluate faculty to provide the best experience for their students. You'll work with the Team Leads and other partners across the Academic team to include Associate Deans, Faculty, Executive Directors, and members of COLT to provide training, support, and communications for the Team Leads. This includes Team Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

What you'll do:

• Use discretion while coaching, collaborating with team leads to support and develop creative solutions when working with faculty.
• Assess and perform oversight of Team Lead behavior to provide consistency and uphold University expectations.
• Monitor behavior patterns to identify areas of improvement in instructional clarity, engagement, and learning pathways.
• Design high-quality assessments that provide evidence of instruction for both formative and summative performance.
• Collect and track data through existing reports and the creation of surveys. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and translate into applicable recommendations across digital and physical products, services, and spaces.
• Be an expert regarding SNHU resources and policy to connect academic unit and Team Leads to "just in time" resources.
• Perform needs analysis, conduct research, and develop faculty training offerings, serving as the Subject Matter Expert, including self-paced courses, webinars, and additional training materials.
• Work with subject matter experts, cross-departmental partners, and external vendor partners in the development, and on-time delivery of systems that increase efficiency and high-quality assessment.

What we're looking for:

• Years of experience: Four or more years of classroom teaching, two years' experience in higher education or similar training environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop needs assessment tools, analyze data, and present find.
• Knowledge of online e-learning platforms (LMS) like Brightspace.
• Education in learning pedagogy and instructional technology.
