The Dosimetrist develops treatment plans of various modalities, including but not limited to IMRT, VMAT and SBRT for adult and geriatric patients. The Dosimetrist works closely with physicist(s) and radiation oncologist(s) to produce plans that meet the physicians treatment prescription and other criteria, as instructed. The Dosimetrist demonstrates competent knowledge of radiation oncology and dosimetry principles and skills to assure that the assessment of care is appropriate to the adult and geriatric patient served.

Bachelors Degree and 3 years Clinical Experience required
MDCB Certification, Upon hire, required
Licenses and Certifications:
Radiation Therapist Licensed, Upon hire, preferred
MDCB Certification, Upon hire, required
