Association House of Chicago is hiring a CST Program Supervisor II.

As a CST Program Supervisor II, you will provide collaborative leadership and supervision to the Community Support Team by overseeing the delivery of case management, therapy, skill building, substance use, physical health, and crisis intervention services.

Job Duties:

• Oversee program staff to ensure quality care, documentation, and productivity, while also guaranteeing authorization, service coordination, and care continuity for participants
• Develops intensive outreach strategies to sustain program capacity and actively monitors the delivery of behavioral health services, ensuring continuous quality improvement aligned with program objectives and standards
• Coordinate crisis management services effectively
• Collaborates closely with other community programs and service providers to enhance service accessibility and foster stronger community relationships.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field, required
• 2 years of experience working in a community behavioral health setting, required
• QMHP, required; LPHA, preferred
