POSITION SUMMARY

The Workforce Development Supervisor oversees the workforce development programs by providing: management of designated programs and program delivery staff, day-to-day management support to ensure smooth operation, and maintain program compliance and evaluation in accordance with agency and contractual guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to program services and outcomes.
  • Prefer at least 3 years’ experience in any combination of several of the following areas of supervision, program coordination, or economic, workforce, or community development.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Valid Illinois Driver’s License, insured car and good driving record.
