Hook is a Creative Production Agency. With a collaborative, maker-centric team, and an emphasis on production-led design, we develop creative campaigns, short-form content, and websites for well known brands.

Our mission is to integrate creative and production to help grow brands faster. But we believe what’s most important are the people who work with us and the experience they have along the way. And so, Hook is organized around the idea that small, diverse and autonomous teams create better work⁠—and a better work experience. At around 20 people each, our pod-like teams are built with a mix of designers, writers, producers, animators, and technologists. Individuals at all levels and from all backgrounds, all empowered to connect with the client and make the creative challenge their own.

WHAT’S A SENIOR PRODUCER AT HOOK?

The Senior Producer manages client engagements with a Business Director’s support. They are responsible for client satisfaction, quality of service, and on-time, on-budget completion of deliverables across large accounts. You must have an eye for creative work, sell through innovative ideas, and be a strategic partner both with clients and internally. "This fully remote role will collaborate with a team operating on Pacific Standard Time (PST)." This role may require light travel. 

Please note that this role works dominantly within the digital space so extensive digital production experience working with various designers and creatives across disciplines is a must.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Responsible for co-leading accounts with BD’s support, developing client relationships, and overseeing creative teams from beginning to end of each account or project’s life cycle.
• Within each account, you’re also responsible for project management, staffing, client satisfaction, prioritization of all deliverables and ensuring the quality of work meets agency standards and client’s objectives.
• Develop project strategies with the creative team. 
• Negotiate statements of work, making sure work is delivered on budget, and invoicing clients according to the proper terms.
• Participate in new business conversations.
• Eventually mentor other producers throughout project workstreams.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Familiarity with various digital production processes and workstreams, including multi-faceted digital campaigns. 
• Ability to balance priorities between internal creative teams and clients. 
• Experience with client communications and account management. 
• Experience with building scopes, reviewing contracts, and managing budgets and timelines.
• Experience with creative resource management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in fast-paced environments. 
• Confident, positive, and collaborative attitude.

We’ve designed a 10-level advancement framework that’s applied consistently across disciplines and departments and aligns to location-based salary ranges. This role is leveled as a L6.
