How you'll make an impact
As a Content Support Analyst at Spotnana, you will be assisting the Content Director with Air & Hotel troubleshooting, plus market analysis to create revenue opportunities. You will be part of a global Content team and will be responsible for the implementation of products like TravelFusion / Sabre, Magnatech / Compleat and you will be assisting Fulfillment TMC as well as TaaS TMCs. Your goal is to help identify new revenue opportunities with the air & hotel deals, provide solutions related to air & hotel implemented contracts, and guarantee the correct setups of products so TaaS customers and Fulfillments TMC can operate at full capacity.
You will work closely with our Customer Success Managers as well as every other team at Spotnana, from Global Community and Product to Engineering, Travel Operations, and Technical Support.
What you'll own
  • Monitor and audit airline and hotel deals to create opportunities to increase revenue
  • Implement and execute airline and hotel deals
  • Owning the relationship and setting up of key operational suppliers
  • Act as the main point of contact for air and hotel contracts
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues to understand route causes of errors, improving our efficiency and revenue
Experience to bring with you
  • GDS experience - Sabre or Amadeus
  • Experience with Hotel program Management
  • Experience in travel operations teams
  • Understanding of the different content engines GDS, NDC, Travel Fusion, DC
  • Willing and able to work from our New York City office in a hybrid structure - This is not a remote eligible role

Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position's compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications.
The annual cash compensation for this role is: $65,000 - $85,000
