We're searching for an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our growing real estate investment team and support business growth. You'll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. Our ideal candidate is an excellent deal-maker who loves talking to people. Responsibilities
•Report on key performance and sales metrics on a daily and weekly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
•Effectively negotiate with clients for the best possible deal
•Build relationships
•Oversee all aspects of the transaction from contract signing to closing
•Update the customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the team
•Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with prospects via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication
•Operate in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
•Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met

•Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
•Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
•Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
Qualifications
•Proven track record of 2 years of sales experience
•Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
•Working knowledge of the general sales process
•Ability to use Salesforce as CRM
•Excellent sales and negotiation skills
•Excellent problem-solving skills
•Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
•Real estate experience is a plus
•Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
•High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
•Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
•Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car
•Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
