• Data Integration and Analysis: Integrate revenue & associated data into accounting software for robust reporting and analysis, ensuring accurate financial and programmatic insights.
• 340B Revenue Management: Analyze complex financial and non-financial 340B revenue data from external pharmacies and suppliers, identifying trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed on both existing and emerging changes in the 340B Program. Apply knowledge to support the development of best-practice policies and procedures.
• Contract Support: Identify non-contracted pharmacies, from data analysis. Coordinate with management and program staff, to establish contract links as necessary, to maximize 340B revenue recognition.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the entire Accounting & Finance team, to build enhancements in this rapidly-growing, progressive department. Initiate communication with cross-functional teams, to obtain and to share financial activity from 340B and other revenue-generating programs.
• KPI Development: Develop key performance indicators for 340B revenue. Assist team members in KPI development across all revenue-generating programs. Utilize KPIs in department meetings to discuss financial performance. Support ongoing financial improvement plans, resulting from KPI monitoring.
• Revenue Forecasting: Develop and implement reliable revenue forecasting models to support financial planning. Fully utilize agency revenue data to improve the quality of projections for budgets. Utilize statistical data, related to revenue, to support the strength and feasibility of revenue projections.
• Communication: Effectively communicate complex financial data and concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Coordinate with fundraising and marketing staff to develop meaningful program results metrics. Create reports and dashboards to support select individual decision-makers.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 2 years of experience, working in business or general data analytics, is necessary. Knowledge or experience in any of the following, is helpful, but not mandatory: 340B programs, healthcare services, third-party insurance billings, or non-profit accounting.
• Experience with, or ability to train extensively, in 340B-related accounting & support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills using financial and non-financial data.
• Proven commitment to accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or similar).
• Knowledge of data analysis methodologies.
• Eagerness to be an integral member of a team that is focused on full utilization of emerging technologies.
