Your Job Responsibilities of a Customer Service Rep:
- Provide support to existing fleet of drivers.
- Coordinate routing and ensure customers are picked up in a timely manner.
- Data and trip entry for future reservations.
- Assist management staff in the reviewing of driver performance.
- Liaise with account managers to develop specific operational efficiencies.
- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
Qualifications for a Customer Service Rep:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in routing or logistics preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in routing software and GPS.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
