Cyviz is Hiring an Account Executive Near Washington, DC

Summary

If you are passionate about how technology can help people perform better, ambitious in your approach and confident at selling technology solutions, we are looking for you. You also have experience from selling solutions and complex software in our key target verticals including oil and gas, defense, finance, aviation, utilities and technology. You must adopt a consultative sales approach and have experience at presenting and facilitating strategic discussions with C-level executives.

Cyviz North America is looking for a highly motivated, achievement-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our team who will be responsible for driving net new revenue within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven individual with a "hunter" mentality who will take ownership of a set of new accounts to drive significant growth. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated track record of overachievement from closing complex enterprise deals in the technology space with experience selling technology solutions (preferably enterprise collaboration and UCC) to Fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships and secure contracts with new accounts
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
  • Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
  • Create clear target account strategies including:
    • white space analysis
    • competitor displacement
    • value proposition
    • sales tactic
    • sales proposals
  • Create a clear and compelling growth strategy for Cyviz’ products in assigned territory, to include white space analysis, prospect identification and prioritization, competitor displacement, value propositions and sales tactics
  • Work with pre-sales team to ensure required support for technical questions, sales demos and evaluations
  • Identify and prioritise key competitor displacement opportunities throughout the region
  • Build compelling value arguments for displacement, working closely with Technical pre-sales, and Operations
  • Monitoring performance-to-plan throughout the execution year and adjusting direction, focus and sales initiatives as needed to deliver forecast
  • Working with local partners in assigned territory when relevant
  • Ensure proper handover to Operations, Accounting and Logistics when PO is secured
  • Responsible for forecasting and reporting through company’s ERP system
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Business/technical degree at minimum Bachelor level
  • Proven results from previous positions
  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales experience
  • Experience with collaboration and unified communication platforms is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven track record at presenting and building relationships with C-level and senior management

  • Great sales hunting skills
  • Able to successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change
  • Comfortable selling to, influencing and building trust-based, value-added relationships with C-level executives
  • Self-motivated with a high ability to adapt
  • Team player – but with the capability of working autonomously with limited supervision
  • Outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills
  • High work capacity and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

Travel requirements:

Frequent travel activity is required for the fulfillment of the responsibilities of the function
