POSITION SUMMARY:
As a leader in the IT department the information Technology Manager is responsible for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software and networks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*
Education:
BA or BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
Experience:
Eight (8) years of experience in information systems to include full life cycle methodology including standard office products such as Word and Excel, and some application development, project management experience, technical experience in networking, programming, system support, and technical project management experience preferably in a high-rate production/manufacturing environment. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Skills/Abilities:
Ability to adapt to changing environment and requirements and manage multiple tasks
Excellent project management planning including oral and written communication, negotiation, presentation and influencing skills
Ability to coordinate and lead effectively
Solve problems or issues that may come up
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adhere to policies and procedures

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work will take place in an office environment and is generally temperature controlled with or without humidity control. Extensive use of the computer is required. Exposure and risk to health is minimal. Employee may be required to work weekends, holidays and be on-call on occasion.
