The HR Coordinator will provide in-office support to our Detroit office while learning the functions of the HR team. This role will help maintain the day-to-day needs of the office to enable our employees and business operations to operate at maximum efficiency.

What You'll Do:
  • Conduct in-office orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Assist with new employee badging, and parking assignment.
  • Manage conference room calendars.
  • Coordinate meeting food/beverage needs.
  • Organize and maintain storage rooms, break rooms, and conference rooms within the office.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Work with UPS, FedEx and USPS for shipping needs.
  • Order swag items for recruiting, vendor tables and ad-hoc requests.
  • Ensure employee recognition and learning systems are current.
  • Be the point of contact for vendors and property management.
  • Assist in planning employee experiences such as company events and social outings
  • Provide general administrative support to the OneMagnify team, specifically HR projects and initiatives.
  • Champion OneMagnify culture in the office and throughout the company!
What You'll Need:
  • Currently enrolled or recently completed a Bachelor's degree
  • Outstanding communication skills- both written and verbal.
  • Must be proficient in all MS Office applications
  • Ability to balance multiple projects.
  • Previous administrative or HR experience.
