Position Purpose
This position is responsible for input and maintenance of all benefits enrollment/changes on the HRIS system. Communicate all benefit enrollment/changes to the respective carriers. Reconcile and process benefit billings to all Pohlad companies and pay claims/invoices for all benefit plans. Manage the administration of the leave of absence and short-term disability claims. Assist with the administration of the COBRA and retiree programs. Produce all benefit reports. Respond to routine benefit questions.
