**Requirements**

**Job Requirements:**

* Managing Regional Managers and their teams to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules

* Meeting with team members to identify and resolve areas of improvement

* Ensure that all team members have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively

* Monitor the teams work time and timesheets on a daily basis

* Manage large and diverse teams and projects simultaneously

* Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards

* Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information

* Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution

* Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget

* Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients

* Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients

* Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables

* Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period

* Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements

* Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications:**

* A Bachelors Degree in a related field (Masters preferred)

* 8 years of District Management or related experience

* 6 years of people management experience (healthcare industry highly preferred)

* 4 years of start up experience

* Proven ability to solve problems creatively

* Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

* Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

* Excellent analytical skills

* Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

* Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelin

* Must be able to travel at least 80% of the time

* Must be able to manage multiple sites

**Team Creation:**

* ***Ideal candidate would rapidly be able to build their own team. Must be able to bring in leadership team including 3 Regional Managers and up to 5 Site Supervisors in order to help manage state of Wisconsin. Must be able to create this team within 2 weeks of starting.***
