Function: We are looking for self-motivated individuals to be client-facing in order to help run our testing sites. It is vital that you are passionate about helping people during this pandemic by providing excellent customer service, professionalism, and accuracy.
Job Requirements:
Ability to ensure proper workflows
IV Certification required
Blood draws
Inspect lab specimen labels to ensure correct information is present
Instruct patients on how long it takes to receive results and answer any questions
Performing COVID-19 and various testing for patients of all ages in various indoor and outdoor settings
Perform tasks needed for proper start-up and close-up at the site
Administer COVID-19 and other vaccinations
Participate in training/retraining and continuing education programs as necessary
Comply with all safety policies and procedures in the work area, including the use of protective equipment when necessary to prevent exposure to potentially infectious agents
Understand and comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and company policies
Adheres to quality assurance procedures and maintain all HIPAA standards. Perform tasks that maintain site cleanliness and presentation standards.
Based on site demand, light travel to neighboring locations may be required
Qualifications:
Have a current state LVN/LPN License (Required) New Grads Welcome!
Be a healthy worker who is in the 'low risk' category of contracting COVID-19
Full-time, open availability including weekdays and evenings. Weekend work is very rare, but possible.
Be able to stand for long periods of time
Have reliable transportation
Be a team player
Valid driver's license, clean driving record and be able to operate company vehicles
Work Conditions:
Full-time
Flexibility in work our is necessary as working hours change often.
85% of site locations are indoors, 15% are outside (MUST be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions)
Open rain or shine
Solid-colored scrubs are required
