- Daily ERA and Paper check payment posting to HealthFusfion EMR
- Manage Payments according to fee schedule and allocate appropriately
- Payer Management updates, denial trends and cross-training to billing teammates
- Maintaining Payment reporting directly from HealthFusion EMR weekly
- Completing secondary crossover
- Updating the correct payor and resubmission of claim(s)
- Identifying paper payments and requesting EFT application submissions
- Utilizes Payor portals to retrieve EOB’s and posts into HeslthFusion EMR
- Health, Dental, and Vision
